If you are not happy with your purchase, Earring Eden will provide a replacement or a refund, less shipping and handling charges, if earrings are returned UNDAMAGED within 30 days of purchase date. Please pack your return carefully.  We do not issue refunds for merchandise damaged during the return shipping process.

 When returning earrings, it is important to let us know if you prefer a replacement pair(if available, as many of our styles sell out quickly), or a refund. There is no shipping & handling charge for sending the exchanged or replaced earrings to you. Our refunds are made through PAYPAL, so if you are expecting a refund, please monitor your email box (including junk mail) to make sure you receive it.
